White Chicken Chili Recipe II 

Chicken Chili Recipe Ingredients

 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
 * 2 onions, slashed
 * 4 cloves garlic, minced
 * 4 cooked, boneless chicken bosom half, slashed
 * 3 (14.5 ounce) jars chicken stock
 * 2 (4 ounce) jars canned green chile peppers, slashed
 * 2 teaspoons ground cumin
 * 2 teaspoons dried oregano
 * 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
 * 5 (14.5 ounce) jars extraordinary Northern beans, undrained
 * 1 cup destroyed Monterey Jack cheddar

  Chicken Chili Recipe Instructions
 1. Heat the oil in an enormous pot over medium hotness. Add the onions and garlic and saute for 10 minutes, or until onions are delicate. Add the chicken, chicken stock, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper and heat to the point of boiling.
2. Lessen hotness to low and add the beans. Stew for 20 to 30 minutes, or until warmed completely. Empty the chicken stew into individual dishes and top with the cheese...nice and hot ! Appreciate it !
